Initiative to collect data during support calls.

The data collected during support phone calls will help create a comprehensive database of customer support issues, gaming malfunctions, and frequently asked questions from both customers and Coastal Amusements Technicians (CATs).

This information serves two main purposes. First, it allows us to provide immediate answers to commonly asked questions based on previously recorded information. Second, as the database grows, we can integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automatically respond to previously reported issues on our support website.

 

This approach not only enhances efficiency but also improves customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses during future calls.
